Deutschland hat den ersten Teil des Company Law Package, die Digitalisierungsrichtlinie (DigiRL), umgesetzt: Das DiRUG wurde am 13. August 2021 im Bundesgesetzblatt verkündet (BGBl. I 2021, 3338).
In Kraft treten wird das DiRUG allerdings größtenteils erst mit Ablauf der (verlängerten) Umsetzungsfrist am 1. August 2022.

Germany has implemented the first part of the Company Law Package, the Digitalisation Directive (DigiD): The DiRUG was promulgated in the Federal Law Gazette on 13 August 2021 (BGBl. I 2021, 3338).
However, the DiRUG will – for the most part – only enter into force at the end of the (prolonged) implementation deadline on 1 August 2022.
