Am 3.9.2018 wurde die Durchführungs-VO zur ARRL (ARRL-DVO) (VO (EU) 2018/1212), verabschiedet. Sie legt Mindestanforderungen in Bezug auf die Identifizierung der Aktionäre, die Informationsübermittlung und die Erleichterung der Ausübung der Aktionärsrechte fest und gilt ab dem 3.9.2020.

On 3 Sept. 2018, the implementing regulation to the SRD (SRD-IR) (Reg. EU (2018/1212)) was adopted. It lays down minimum requirements as regards shareholder identification, the transmission of information and the facilitation of the exercise of shareholders rights and will apply from 3 Sept. 2020.
